  1. Finely chop your garlic.
  2. Grate or slice your mozzarella.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pinenuts on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add mozzarella on top.
  3. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. Mix balsamic vinegar, canned tomatoes, maple syrup, olive oil and pesto together in a bowl.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Pinenuts and Chili Powder on top.
