The longer you let the sauce simmer, the deeper the flavor will get.

- Mix lemon pepper and tomato paste together in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce-base into the pan and bring to a boil, then let simmer for a few minutes or until it thickens slightly.
- Tip: If sauce is a bit too runny, dissolve a bit of flour or potato starch in a bit of warm water and add it, bring to boil and mix well.
