Prep

  1. Grate or slice your Cheddar Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese.
  2. Finely chop your cilantro.

Heating Steps

  1. Boil rice according to instructions on package.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and add chili pepper, jalapeño and onion, and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  3. Toast your tortillas for a few minutes until it is warm.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your heated ingredients to the wrap.
  2. Mix sour cream together in a bowl, then drizzle on top of your wrap.
