Veggie Patties
Enjoy the patties in a bun or as a side to any salad. Delicious either way!

80 gr.
Green Lentils
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
50 gr.
Sweet Potato
30 ml
Tomato Sauce

  1. Peel and cut your sweet potato. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Wash and cut your zucchini so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your carrot and onion.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add canned tomatoes and onion, and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  2. Turn up the heat to medium and add Carrot, Sweet Potato and Zucchini to your pan and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Bring salted water to a boil. Add Lentils and boil for 20 minutes.

Forming Your Patties

  1. Add canned tomatoes, carrot, onion, sweet potato and zucchini to your blender and pulsate until desired texture. If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a bit of water or liquid from the can of beans.
  2. Add some oats or an egg to into your patty dough to help make a consistency that is easy to shape.

Finishing Touches

  1. Wet your hands and shape the dough into patties. Fry them in oil on high heat for a few minutes per side until they become golden brown.
