Pizza Dough
90 gr.
Portobello Mushroom
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
60 ml
Tomato Sauce

  1. Wash and thinly slice your cabbage and portobello mushroom.
  2. Finely chop your chili pepper and chives.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon and lime so you can use the juice later.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heating Steps

  1. Heat canola oil in a pan, add Cabbage and fry for 15 minutes.

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread your heated cabbage on top.
  2. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. Mix apple cider vinegar, canned tomatoes, jam, lemon, lime, olive oil and soy sauce together in a bowl.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Chives on top.
