Veggie Patties
Enjoy the patties in a bun or as a side to any salad. Delicious either way!

Bell Pepper
2 tbsp
Coconut Oil
40 gr.
2 Clove
80 gr.
Green Lentils
1 tbsp
1 tsp
0.5 tsp
Spring Onion
50 gr.
Sweet Potato

  1. Peel and cut your sweet potato. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your spring onion.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add bell pepper, carrot, garlic and onion, oregano and rosemary and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  2. Turn up the heat to medium and add Corn and Sweet Potato to your pan and fry for 10 minutes.Finally, add Spring Onion and fry for 5 extra minutes.
  3. Bring salted water to a boil. Add Lentils and boil for 20 minutes.

Forming Your Patties

  1. Add bell pepper, carrot, corn, garlic, lemon, onion, spring onion, sweet potato and vegetable stock to your blender and pulsate until desired texture. If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a bit of water or liquid from the can of beans.
  2. Add some oats or an egg to into your patty dough to help make a consistency that is easy to shape.

Finishing Touches

  1. Wet your hands so that the patties are easier to shape. Fry them in oil on high heat for a few minutes per side until they become golden brown.
