Beets

Cilantro

Prep
Peel and cut your beetroot and carrot. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
Finely chop your cilantro and onion.
Heating Steps
Bring salted water to a boil. Add Beetroot and boil for 5 minutes.Finally, add Carrot and boil for another 15 minutes.
Finishing Touches
Drain your vegetables and return to the pot or a food processor.
Add cilantro, onion and yogurt and mash or blend together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
