Sweet & Sour Bok Choy With Vinegar

Bok Choy
50 gr.
Brown Rice
1 tbsp
Brown Sugar
2 Clove
0.75 tbsp
Olive Oil
50 gr.

Soy Sauce

  1. Finely chop your Garlic, Onion.
  2. Wash and cut your bok choy so that they all are a similar size.

Heating Steps

  1. Boil brown rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, and fry at a lower temperature for several minutes.
  3. Turn up the heat to medium and add Okra to your pan and fry for 10 minutes.Finally, add Bok Choy and fry for 5 extra minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, add olive oil and soy sauce to your pan and mix.
  5. Toast peanuts on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Finishing Touches

  1. Serve your cooked brown rice on the plate.
  2. Add your vegetables to your plate and garnish with your topping.
  3. Add Peanuts on top.
